Safety;

- Drive & support implementation of safety and environment system in the factory operations and start-up to achieve zero incident, zero occupational illness, zero environment issue.

- Align & comply with internal & External direction and regulation on Safety No LTI/NLTI, WISE Culture & Compliance score, Gemba

- Compliance to regulation

Quality:

- 0 Scrap, 0 loss mindset. Ability to understand the statistical and analysis aspects of quality, collaborate to ensure 100% compliance as per global standards, plug gaps where it is missed out and lead cross functional efforts to simplify.

- Clear alignment of needed product quality, CTPs and CTQs before PO. If not present in PO, to ensure it is signed-off cross functionally and agreed with supplier.

- Zero scrap at start-up. No Crisis, First Time Right (FTR) > 99%.

- Compliance to regulation.

Cost:

- Plan for annual costing, budgeting to manage operations to deliver the volumes with 7% productivity after volume/mix.

- Benchmark with ideal factory and lead initiatives to improve on production KPIs to hit ideal factory benchmark.

- Collaborate with projects to understand the OPEX increment due to investment on people costs and collaborate to lower it.

- Agree on TCO and ensure performance guarantees signed are in operational interests.

- Control end-to-end costs for start-up, materials, people, utilities, and supplier minimize costs. Allocate costs in right buckets from the beginning.

- Agree and get sign-off from training plan from supplier pre-PO. For projects in progress, to get this agreed during engineering phase, to ensure training during machine construction as well as class room + practical training is accounted for. Ensure training KPIs are part of Q in CQV.

- Zero scrap for trials

- Cost Planned vs actual allocated

- Ramp-up within 2 weeks or agreed timeframe (sooner)

Delivery:

- Ensure volume delivery, capacity and capability build. Personally ensure throughput of any installed equipment in the factory is adhering to time and target.

- Set up and drive the stage gate processes in the factory for any product changes. Coordinate with commercial counterpart for stage gates in case of commercially driven changes. Ensure innovations are done without OE impact.

- Align clear success criteria, KPI, approval matrix for each trial.

- Align CTP, CTQ and cpm targets for each trial.

- Create a clear risk log cross-functionally and follow-up resulting actions with stakeholders.

- Lead end-to-end processes needed to ensure on-time delivery. Deep dive into the technicals when needed.

- Lead and explore opportunities to accelerate launches, I2M and innovations.

- Set-up processes for regular update.

- Work with R&I, Transformation Lead, commercial teams to ensure sensory on time where applicable.

- Transformation for factory data capture, audit and ensure accuracy of any data going outside the factory. Production Attainment

- CTS (Compliance to Schedule)

- DanGo Score

- Line OE reports in IWS

- Hitting timeline as per IWS

Motivation:

- Build stable working environment and improvement cultures within department to support collaboration for achieving phase I IWS within 9 months, and vertical start-up for projects.

- Create plan for manpower optimization through elimination of waste and 25% OT reduction YoY.

- Create a TT&T (Technology transfer and training) as well as TTT (Train the Trainer) culture in the plant.

- Create review mechanisms and R&R systems to ensure continued motivation to perform and excel to deliver good productivity, kaizen initiatives.

- Re-launch a sustainable IWS to take over current processes.

- Coaching teams in VSU processes in projects+operations.

- Kicking-off and sustaining train the trainer for IWS Overtime and temp workers.

- Number of kaizens, % of participation of kaizens.

- Number of tags, SIM compliance.

- Number of people trained in IWS

Environment:

- Ensure all operation activities are within the standard of environmental regulations and optimize the usage of natural resources to meet the demand.

- Work with engineering to create a metering strategy. Follow-up and implement metering for energy optimization KWH/ton to be BIC. Water Ratio, Energy Ratio

- Compliance to regulation
