Job Description :

- The Senior Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for aligning with the Business Objectives.

- Managing and executing all aspects of the merchandising and visual direction for all business categories, which is category Merchandising, Marketing, & Operations. This includes all floor sets, fixtures, new stores & remodeled stores.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Works directly with senior management to create, develop, set and execute visual merchandising strategic plans and brand direction.

- Drives projects which results in contributing to business profitability.

- Drives projects with innovative ideas.

- Drives the implementation of brand standards as they pertain to visual and merchandising.

- Trains and assists in strengthening field implementation of merchandising, visual set-ups, and new/remodel stores through key partnerships with the Operations Team, Category Team, and Zonal Teams.

- Oversees, facilitates, directs, and manages the implementation of floor sets in simulated stores, visual directives, and field direction with the assistance of the Visual Coordinator and related Associates.

- Manages the written direction process and follow though of fixture roll outs and select store fixture needs.

- Handling Entire North except Delhi/NCR
