Quality head and Quality manager from Telecom- Pune and Mumbai location
- 13+ years of overall experience
- Exposure to Quality improvement initiatives
- Basic knowledge in Telecom processes
- Relevant knowledge on Quality systems and fundamentals
- Must possess exposure to Defect Analysis, Continuous improvement, Root cause analysis, Calibration and Corrective / Preventive action plans
- Must have basic knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean and 7 QC tools
- Expertise in preparation of QC plan
- Error detection and correction knowledge

- The Quality Manager will be responsible for end to end Quality Inspection / audit of Telecom processes and transactions.
- The person will be part of the TCS Telecom Operations team in Mumbai working for an Australian client.
- The identified candidate will be part of the Telecom Honeycomb and reporting to the Team Leader of the account/Process.
- Preparation of QC Plan
- Calibration with Client QC person
- Train operations team on QC fundamentals
- Daily Quality check on specified number of samples of outgoing Transactions
- Daily updating of defect log based on external and internal QC data
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Analysis of Defect log, Accuracy score, Root cause analysis and preparation of Corrective / Preventive action plans on high hitters
- Follow up on Actions and work on closures
