One of the leading consulting Firm is looking for a Business Manager

Position : Business Manager, Learning

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- To lead the Learning/Training Business Unit the national level with complete P&L responsibility

- Build and Manage a team for developing business, acquiring clients and servicing them

- High Result Orientation and Number Driven

- Provide guidance and support on HR consulting assignments

- Identify and engage in industry HR forums and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence of the business.

- Lead sales pipeline development process: prospecting, relationship development, - to market- process management.

Qualification :

MBA from a Tier 1 Business School or equivalent

Experience :

Minimum 8-10 years experience in a Business Leadership Role. Experience with an HR product/service organisation with expertise in selling Training Interventions and managing Delivery of the same is a must.
