Role Involves:

- Building strategy for Customer Lifecycle Management for both Voice and Data

- Data Analysis for Customer segmentation & Consumer insights for product development

- Monthly business planning with top management and strategy building for way forward

- Mentoring team to achieve circle rev targets- Pre, Post & VAS revenues

- Developed key business insights replicated nationally
