Head/Manager - Accounts - NBFC

Accounts Head- NBCF ( Gurgaon) for a very large and global MNC for their financial services arm. Seasoned accounting professional from NBCF background and minimum 9 years of experience may apply 

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement global accounting protocols

- Maintain robust financial management, accounting and book keeping processes for the SF in accordance with Indian GAAP, and IFRS,

- Formulating and implementing accounting policies and procedures of the company in consultation with CFO in accordance with Central HQ expectations and also the Law of the country

- Undertake the preparation, calculation and submission of the annual statutory returns, both local GAAP and IndAS

- Coordinate, support and act as a key point of contact for internal and external audits

- Responsible for entire retail, wholesale accounting operations of the company to ensure that business systems are properly integrated and provide true and correct information at all point of time

- Support Taxation team via data submission for GST returns and annual tax returns for the entity

- Ensure Compliances with various regulatory requirements from RBI etc, and ensuring submission of various RBI returns/reports in a timely manner with correct data.

- Build necessary controls in place to ensure accuracy of data generated by systems
