Responsibilities :
Develop the Management Development plan and manage end-to-end operations (content development, delivery and logistics) to ensure seamless and effective management of Management Development programmes
Decide key training delivery mechanisms and liaison with internal and external parties to design and deliver the training content to ensure best in class fulfilment of training needs identified
Collaborate with Planning & Infrastructure to ensure seamless and effective delivery of training programmes and ensure regular review and process improvement of the entire Management Development programme
Keep abreast of the various training delivery systems and strategies to introduce the best-in-class training programmes to employees
Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance.
Education & Experience : MSW, MBA, PG Diploma (Full Time)
Experience in Training & Development department or HR/ IR department preferably in a manufacturing organization. Must have a working exposure to the training design, planning and delivery processes and dealing with Service providers.
