Head - Maintenance - Real Estate/Facility

8+ years of experiences in managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and Civil work at multiple sites preferably in budget housing in tier 2 / 3 cities.

Key Result Area - 

- Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility.

- Resolving design and development problems.

- Managing budgets and project resources.

- Prioritise, plan, schedule assign and supervise the engineering department staff.

- Design and develop BOQ, Technical criteria for vendor selection, LD policies etc

- Oversee the maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects ensuring timely and accurate completion.Ensure timely implementation as per prescribed quality norms in case of forward purchase projects
