Head Machine Shop - Development Center.

Qualification: BE Mech

Designation- GM / SGM

Preferred Experience -18 to 26 Years

Compensation -12 to 18 Lakh PA

Location: Belgaum, Karnataka

Responsibilities:

- Head of new product development

- Knowledge of machine tool design

- Process finalization

- Prepare quotation

- Machine shop layout

- Knowledge of selection of machine

- Knowledge of CNC machines and programming

- Proving the cycle time

- *Knowledge of Cylindrical Block & Heads, crank shaft & machining

- Providing estimations for machining inquiries

- Drawing Analysis, Process Planning, Cycle Time Calculation.

- Hands on experience in CNC machines

- Strong in machining process & Machine selections

- Selection of Tools, Designing Fixtures.

- Production Planning.

- Vendor Development.

- Sincere, focused and diligent with total commitment to organizational objectives.

- Programming on VMC / HMC on various control system

- Troubleshooting machinery on various metal removing process

- Trials & Prove out of process, Jig/fixtures/cutting tools/inspection

- New machines & instruments establishment
