5. Achieving targeted cost of production and control over operational budget of Machine & Mould Assembly

6. Taking initiatives for productivity improvements, system improvement, planning & control, optimum utilization of resources (i.e.manpower, machines and available capacity) and long term sustenance of the same.

7. Review of operational effectiveness & necessary systems & procedures of Machine & Mould Assembly.
