Role : Head Machine Learning

Location: Kurla - Mumbai

Work from Office.

What the role entails :

- Establish the advantage of using data science in various facets of SME lending, including (but not restricted to) credit scorecards & portfolio monitoring frameworks, business insights, campaign management, propensity and pricing

- Design, develop and implement machine learning applications

- Lead design for database and data pipeline suited to the end use

- Creating ML deployment architecture

- Manage governance and quality of data

- Creating and managing data pipelines for modelling purposes

- Create model usage strategies for credit underwriting

- Drive external partner engagements (such credit bureaus/ fintech platforms)

- Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying predictive models and knowledge of global best practices

Technical skills :

- High proficiency in at least one of SAS + Python

- Strong academic background in statistical methods

- Strong hands on experience in model development and monitoring

- Familiarity and knowledge of data structures and schema
