Job Description - Head the M&A and Equity and Fund Raising for the entire group

Our client is a large Financial Services group

Description :

- Lead the Strategic investments at the group level

- Make acquisitions in close alignment to the overall group strategy

- Head the Equity and Debt Fund Raising at the group level

- Lead a team of Fund raising managers

- Create Functional Strategies for the sub-functions

- Develop budgets and policies for the functional strategies

- Manage the overall department function

- Liaison with funding partners and organisations

Profile :

- 15-20 years of M&A and fund raising experience for Financial Services setups (from Investment Banking/Fintech companies in a similar role)

- Tier 1/2 Education background

- Strong leadership and Analytical Skills
