The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Luxury business with focus on outlining strategy, driving the brand and managing key clients. She / he will be responsible for the P&amp;L and have complete ownership and accountability of all customer facing areas including branding, marketing, sales, post-sales and post-delivery service. Additionally as a key business stakeholder the incumbent will also be the repository of learning for future opportunities, on which the business will lean for development of business strategies. Responsibilities / Accountabilities: 1) Strategy and Business Growth - Lead the planning on overall strategy, business model, consumer initiatives, brand building, and budget management across the various geographies &amp; categories. - Carrying out market research &amp; segmentation and formulating business plan to achieve top line, bottom line &amp; market share objectives - Thought leadership towards the brand and project lifecycle aligning to the brand values and short/long term vision - Lead commercialization and revenue generation of new and ongoing brands. Devising annual business plan with key parameters of sell-in, sell-out and profitability - Benchmarking with market and competition to understand available opportunities, markets trends &amp; quality standards, range and performance of products/brands 2) Managing and Building Brand Health - Manage the brand communication and product strategy from inception to delivery of the brand and ensure that each brand measures up to the overall consumer positioning and segment goals - Focus on multiple channels for marketing including new media/ social media etc. Oversee promotional events to maintain budgetary allocations, manage the brand communication mix and guide the ATL/BTL promotional activities for the segment - Handle appropriate media selection for advertising new product launch campaigns 3) Key-Client Relationship Management - As the LLC Head, lead conversations with key clients and collaborate with team towards delivery of top line targets. - Forming and sustaining an extensive Channel Partner network, network of Investors and HNI's in India and other parts of the world - Actively redesign and strengthen brand strategy for superior customer experience and consistent recall of all LLC brand PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate should possess the following key requirements: - She / He would be an MBA from a premier business school with 15+ years of extensive track record in driving business, brand management, customer relations &amp; delivery - The incumbent should have proven track record of working on luxury brands/categories which are super-premium &amp; price agnostic and have found preference with consumer's basis its ability to create desirability and affinity. - The right candidate will be flexible, and an action &amp; result oriented self-starter. - An independent thinker with the conviction and entrepreneurial spirit to manage the function and business in a hands-on manner and the ability to work in a fluid and rapidly changing environment would be an asset - Should have a strategic approach with the ability to see the - big picture- and interpret environmental and organizational changes and their impact on the organization
