Head - Luxury/B2B Sales

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team with a focus on B2B and luxury sales. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with B2B clients in the luxury sector. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and exceptional leadership skills.
Responsibilities:


Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

- Create comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to penetrate new markets, expand client base, and increase sales revenue.

- Utilize market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Lead and Motivate Sales Team:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.

- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork within the sales department.

B2B Client Acquisition and Management:

- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in the luxury sector.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client needs.

Drive Sales Growth:

- Develop and nurture sales pipelines, manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, and ensure timely follow- up on sales opportunities.

- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, industry influencers, and key players in the luxury sector to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify competitive advantages.

- Provide regular updates and insights to the executive team.

Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:

- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.

- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure objectives are met.

Training and Development:

- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.

- Keep team members updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 8- 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on luxury products or services.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to travel as needed.
