Head Lubricant Sales - Required for A Large Lubricants MNC Org - Mumbai
Looking for a Lubricant Sales Guru for our client.
Our client is a one of the leading Lubricant manufacturing MNC organization. They are looking to hire a "Head of Lubricant Sales " to join them ASAP.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Heading the B2B and B2C Sales of Lubricants Nationally
- Managing the P&L of the BUs assigned
- Spearheading the business unit's development initiatives
- Conducting business, performance, competitive analysis etc
- Establishing relationships with key customers, industry experts & opinion makers
- Lead and engage the team through constant interaction/monitoring/guidance/coaching
To qualify for these positions you should:
- Have an MBA with 15 + years of experience in Sales
- Have 5+ years of heading sales at Regional and National Level
- Have very good experience in the Industrial Lubricants, Automotive and Specialty Lubricants
- Have great experience as a Sales leader who people look up to
- Have very good man management skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be currently from Mumbai or ready to relocate.
