- Deep understanding of customers and their patterns and suggest technologies, stacks, and ideas that help business enhance their product and service capabilities
- Have a thorough understanding and hands-on experience of Loyalty and Rewards programs, design, develop partnerships and deliver a platform along with IT teams
- Plan and execute the entire customer journey starting from the pre-marketing stage, identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Drive cross functional teams and ensure achievement of volume, velocity, and profitability objectives by working very closely with the sales team members
- Key matrix of this role will include:
1. Revenue, volumes, market, and segment performance
2. Technology and seamless customer interaction
3. Extensive engagement with external agencies and tech partners
- Relevant experience of about 12-14 years
- Qualification - Postgraduate in Marketing
