Looking for Head of Loyalty Program

Education: BE and MBA (from premier institutes only)

Location : Mumbai

- You should have set up Loyalty programs in the past.

- You should have strategic & analytical mind set.

- You'll handle Budgets and be responsible for P&L.

- You'll soon have to work as an entrepreneur and run the Loyalty program as an independent Business vertical.

- You'll build and lead a team of your own.

- You'll also work with Vendors and Agencies.

About The Company:

- They are a startup.

- They work in the online and mobile payments space.

- They are currently being incubated at the facility in Mumbai and will soon have an office in Bangalore.

They have three business lines :

- Payment processing (including Netbanking, Cards, EMI, COD and rules engines).

- Enterprise payment SaaS solutions (success rate optimization, multi-platform payments, analytics).

- Consumer payment services (online/mobile e-wallet and p2p payments).
