Position is with One of the Retail Group based in Hyderabad
Qualification : Graduate/post graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Business Management preferred
Experience : 8-12 Years of experience in the marketing field along with functional CRM & Loyalty program exposure
Job Role :
Implement and manage the CRM & loyalty program :
- End to end CRM & loyalty program implementation experience is a must
- Acquire new customers
- Increase the spending of existing customers
- Improve the natural churn rate of customers
- Profit mix - Shift spending to higher margin products
- Identify individual customers and to measure and understand their individual behaviours
- Using CRM techniques, identify the critical points, suggest improvements and implement solutions
- Manage loyalty program related campaigns
- Implement customer retention strategies
- Bring in alignment between the customer and the loyalty program i.e. the program supports the customer experience
