Designation: Depending on the experience/fitment Exp: 20+ years Educational Qualifications: MBA from Reputed college Location: - Hyderabad Level :- Top Management Primary responsibilities includes - Responsible for bulk Logistics (Inbound / outbound) - Key member of senior management team - Managed the international logistics team for importing and exporting - Responsible for the developing, documenting, and executing a global comprehensive logistics and distribution strategic plan which drive optimal customer service and profitability. - Develop global implementation of distribution best practices such as systems integration and optimization, inventory control, demand planning - Overseeing &amp; implementation of Projects with cost optimization with time bound project management &amp; also leveraging CAPEX spend &amp; also working capital management - E- Procurement initiatives to bring cost reduction in RM &amp; Logistic services, visibility, competitiveness with innovative way for managing the complex supplier base. - Export Logistics for Sea &amp; Air shipments along with the SLA for timely delivery to Customers .Bringing in logistic efficiency on the overall process for outbound logistics. - Using reverse auction as price negotiation tool - Using reverse logistics and multi-mode concept to reduce cost - Improving warehousing infrastructure and efficiency - Management of Logistics Control Towers, offering Strategic and Tactical Leadership, and implementing Continuous Improvement - Initiatives and Logistics Operations Management within the region 3 Product Lines &amp; Solutions - Plan and Execute Logistics &amp; Transportation contracts to ensure seamless operations and production of Business Units - Creating global transportation and international logistics strategies - Leading efforts to centralize global distribution spend under corporate leadership from a de-centralized, divisional based structure - Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services while monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and global requirements - Evaluating &amp; reviewing company's logistics operations business practices.
