- Managing logistics process implementation & setting up process adherence norms at different cities with focus on cost and service level

- To quickly and responsibly operate a cost-effective and sustainable logistics network

- Set up and manage the relationships with 3rd party warehouses, manufacturing partners, distributors and logistics companies

- Develop and manage budgets for operations, supply chain and inventories

- Develop and manage supply chain strategies to ensure continuity and maintain efficiency

- Recruit, manage and develop personnel to support the business requirements

- Identifying and renegotiating commercials with regional transport vendors

- Strategically plan and handle warehouse operations & last mile logistics

- Track entire operations and share detailed overview with the management

- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline targets

- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

- Ensure Smooth Functioning of day-to-day warehousing operations
