Client Details

Our client is one of the leading healthcare service providers in India. They are widely recognized in the market and are looking expand their mark in India market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Head of Logistics, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the Chief Operating Office, you will be responsible for :

- Leading the logistics function including transportation and distribution, 3PL management, change management

- Strategizing and implementing the entire logistics network with key focus on quality adherence, timely delivery of the goods and excellent customer services

- Managing a team of professionals along with the responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Working closely with different functional heads to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile :

- You will be a professional with more than 10 years of experience in handling end to end logistics with key focus on distribution and transportation, change management, etc. ideally in retail, ecommerce, 3PL industries.

- MBA from good B-schools is a must.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and the ability to manage large scale business operations
