- Responsible for Pan India operations and execution. - Monitor daily POs across all channels and locations; prepare daily logistics plan and share it with respective teams for execution. - Work closely with regional logistics team for timely execution of all deliveries. - Develop a network of delivery executives and ensure timely deliveries to the customers. - Develop new vendors for new geography launches. Create a pool of potential vendors and maintain plans for urgencies. - Compute payments for each vendors by understanding total deliveries done, value of orders executed, failed deliveries, etc. Process the payment clearance along with accounts team. - RTV tracing and control and planning for reverse logistics of the same if required. - Managing regional teams and supporting them in execution. - Setting up daily, weekly, monthly parameters to track performance of all parameters. - Analysing data, preparing plans and ensuring timely execution of all tasks in line with business strategy. - Managing and developing the operations team and ensure optimal performance. - Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders.
