Head - Logistics - FMCG

Job Description :

- Responsible for the overall demand planning, forecasting, capacity allocation, production planning and scheduling for the organization, consists of 3 manufacturing locations.

- Responsible for the Product Availability of the organization as per the Sales demand.

- Logistics Management of the manufacturing locations

- All India CFA Operations, Warehousing and Distribution operations including the statutory requirements.

- Responsible for the Cold Chain operations -Storage to end Customers.

- Strategically align the Supply Chain objectives to the organizational objectives.

- Responsible for the Supply Chain Cost and Productivity

- Closely work with Sales / Marketing / Procurement / Production and Commercial Tea .

- Training and Performance Management of the Team and Conduct Operational Review of SCM team

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduate/Post Graduate Supply Chain education preferred not mandatory

- Should have 15 to 25 years of experience in handling SCM function of medium sized organization.

- Preferably from FMCG / Dairy industry.

- Exposure to SAP and MS office shall be preferred.

- Go Getter attitude and a positive attitude

- Should have handled a large team.
