Head - Logistics - eCommerce

- Will be responsible for managing Pan India Logistics & Supply chain Operations through multiple 3PL partners for B2C Segment

- Will be responsible for increasing reach & capacity of Flipkart using Vendor Management in outsourced environment

- Work with cross functional teams to on-board logistics vendors by analyzing viability of same

- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the Forward & Reverse leg of operations using monitoring and reporting tools

- Work with the Allocation Planning team to determine annual plans for partner portfolio and monthly orchestration of this

- Manage end to end planning and execution of any Sale events for the partner portfolio

- Build and manage vendor partnerships which can stabilize and maintain the operational KPIs

- Drive key cross-functional initiatives within the organization to improve efficiencies of existing processes

- Transform large amounts of raw data into actionable information for presentation to leadership

- Interpret CRM data, analyze results using statistical techniques (as per the requirement of the problem statement) and provide SQL/Excel/CRM based ongoing reports, insights & actionable
