Head - Lithium Ion Field Service Business

Responsible for overall Setting up of Lithium Ion Field Service business for Servicing, Refurbishment and I&C sub-verticals.

Attend Operational Governance Meets with customers and work on time bound resolution of MOM.

Working towards operational excellence to clearly differentiate from competition.

Improving Service Business by entering into Annual Maintenance Contracts with telecom customers.

Interface Supply Chain Mgnt, O&M, deployment teams of Telecom Customers and resolve issues if any.

Attend Operational Governance Meets with customers and work on time bound resolution of MOM.

Service delivery to customers through an efficient and Satisfied dealer Network.

Contributing to improvement in Product Quality through timely quality product and Service feedback to plant.

Exigency management.

Receivable Management.

Continuous improvements through regular functional reviews.

Continuous behavioural and functional skill level of Field teams.

Maintaining system integrity to enhance Powerol as most trusted brand.

Coordination with associated teams (CS, PSM, PAE, Accounts etc) and Overseas Product Partners- to achieve FTR product and delivery approach.

Bench marking with competition and act towards building on market leadership.
