Head - Liquidity Reporting

- Manage a team which controls the BASEL 3 Liquidity reporting

- Ensure that system generated reports do undergo a proper testing process

- Ensuring that an effective system of financial and operational controls are in place and is working as intended.

- Continually reviewing all assigned processes in order to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement.

- Work with the BASEL 3 product management team in Singapore devising release plan, test plan and execution plan for the various systems development initiatives.

- Sit on the finance governance committee meetings representing BASEL 3 systems for any issues/developments that are raised.

- Provide thought leadership for systems enhancements/process improvements on BASEL 3 system.

- Ensuring tools are implemented to measure and report on levels of customer satisfaction.

- Supervising the team, providing on-the-job and other training, and ensuring that all people related activities to attract retain and reward key finance professionals are carried out in a timely and appropriate manner.

- Working with the other team leaders and across the Finance Shared Service Center functions to ensure co-operation and smooth operations.

- Monitoring to ensure that the standards of customer service provided by the unit consistently meet or exceed the requirements set under the Service Level Agreements agreed with the customers.

- Ensuring that all activities conducted in the unit are appropriately documented and approved according to the new policies developed for the Finance Shared Service Center, and that documentation is kept accurate and up to date.

- Ensuring the maintenance and ongoing development of effective systems and procedures in Finance Shared Service Center for the timely collection of data from all accounting sites and their collation and submission to various bodies as required.

- Processing and Decision making as per the Departmental Operating instructions manual and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified.

- Continuous Improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time.

- Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times.

- Compliance with all applicable Rules / Regulations and Company and Group Policies.

- Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and Procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious Transactions to the Manager.

Candidate profile

- CA / ICWA with over 10 years of experience

- Sound knowledge on systems BASEL 1 or 2 systems and its dependent systems.

- Exposure to Liquidity Reporting

- Good project and release planning skills.

- Good communication skills as stakeholders on BCRS involve people at a very high level in the group and country.

- Ability to sniff areas of risks and build control mechanism to avoid such occurrences.
