Duties and Responsibilities
- Optimize online marketing channels to maximize Company's customer lifecycle value
- Assess segment profitability and recommend optimal user experiences to maximize engagement and drive efficiency through customer touch points
- Track customer path through the conversion funnel, and develop ways to improve customer experience and conversion rates
- Develop and implement testing agenda for channels including email, notifications, apps and website
- Execute and analyze marketing campaigns, recommend improvements and implement the requisite changes
- Incorporate (market/customer/channel) insights into future experimentation
Skills & experience includes:
- Applicant should have MBA/B.Tech/M.Tech from premier college and should have relevant exp of 8-15 years
- Very strong project management and coordination skills working with various stakeholders and delivering the desired results
- Experience in marketing analytics and involvement in developing live dashboards
- Ability to analyze data, understand underlying trends and draw sound conclusions
- Strong time management skills, with ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to articulate, rationalize and present concepts effectively
- Sound interpersonal and group communication skills
- Experience in the B2C commerce or technology industry is desired
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, fast growing organization
