About our Client - Our client is a leading analytics consulting firm with major presence in US, UK and EU market and strong delivery base in India. They are looking for a seasoned analytics professional with strong experience in life sciences industry in an international market to lead their well established Life Sciences business vertical.

Job Description - Reporting into Business Head, you will drive the life sciences analytics practice to deliver on client engagements in a global environment. You would be responsible for solutioning, service delivery and running the P&L, managing a large team of analytics professionals. You would also work closely with global teams to help in shaping key client deals and ensuring timely delivery.

The Successful Candidate - You should be an MBA with over 15 years of relevant experience working with a Global Pharma/ Consulting firm in Life Sciences analytics.

- You should have strong experience of working in analytics across marketing analytics, campaign analytics, drug discovery, incentive planning etc.

- Proven track record of managing international stakeholders in a leadership role.

- Ability to lead large teams (over 100 people) and proven track record of managing business P&L.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
