Head - Insurance (Life Insurance & General Insurance) - Agency Channel

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

- Achieve Volume targets for Life Insurance and Health Insurance, against business plan & creating strategies in order to achieve the same

- Should have an experience of handling Sales Managers

- To ensure the POSP recruitment, training and skill development as a continuous piece of engagement.

- Ensuring smooth operational process to drive the business

- Engaging with all Insurance companies for best commercials for POSP products and contest and R&R for team and POSPs

- Eager to learn

- Design the manpower plan for the vertical

- Supporting on Joint calls in case of all deals of certain size and above.

- Supervise the Insurance RMs ( LI /GI ) placed in different branches and ensure implementation of the set process

- Should be IRDA certified

- Incumbent with previous experience in handling Agency Channel business in Life & General Insurance
