Assistant Manager/Manager - Liaison - Delhi &amp; Haryana Government Authorities Location : New Delhi Industry: Construction/ Real estate/ Buildings Experience : minimum of 4 years experience in handling Liaison/ land acquisition matters is essential for the job, real estate experience, land source for township, residential projects. Role - Liaison and maintain professional relationships with Delhi and Haryana State Government &amp; semi Govt officials related to Project approvals . - Liaison with Architects, Government and Semi-Government Authorities for obtaining necessary clearances. - Liaison &amp; co-ordination with the state &amp; local government or other related authorities, to obtain permissions, approvals, licenses, eligibility certificates etc. for various matters; - To Liaison &amp; obtain Statutory Clearances from competent authorities for the projects. - Establish and maintain relationships across levels within concerned state and local government departments including police, PWD, Fire department, RTO, Courts, Tax authorities, Port Trust etc; - The incumbent will be responsible to handle and address all issues related to Liasioning of the Kolkata office. - Liasioning with Govt.Departments such as Kolkata government, Development Board, District Collectorate, Police, Municipality, Electricity, Water Works, Air port Authority, Fire &amp; safety etc.
