Key Responsibilities: This position is to develop and create, own, manage and lead the Liability Portfolio, in terms of volume & profitability per product, within Retail &amp; Private Banking. - Responsible to design, recommend, develop and implement competitive deposits schemes. - Conduct presentations and training program to launch the new deposits schemes - Liaise with Treasury Division to design, recommend, develop and implement new competitive interest bearing deposit products. - Provide expert advice and assistance on technical issues relating to the modification of such liabilities products - Monitoring and tracking retail liabilities portfolio performance against business plans and budgets. - Develop and generate daily/weekly/monthly liabilities products - Review, monitor and continuously enhance existing products Desired profile: 15 years related experience with a large financial institution, preferred reputed banks.
