- Our client Anviti Insurance Brokers Private Limited is in the process of setting up its Insurance Broking operations in India. Anviti is promoted by Catamaran, the proprietary investment firm of Mr N.R. Narayana Murthy, founder of Infosys Limited. Catamaran has a long-term orientation and intend to build an enduring institution, based on values and excellence, that will achieve market leadership

- Apar Peopleworld is working with Anviti to hire a professional team for them.

- We are currently hiring for their leadership position Head of Liability, Energy, Marine - Insurance Broking for Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Gurgaon location. We are looking for minimum 10 years with at least 7+ years of experience into Insurance Broking services across general insurance products.

S/he should have :

- Strong communication and presentation skills, consultative selling, advising, influencing and negotiation skills.

- Solid understanding of the insurance market in India and Worldwide.

- IRDAI licentiate certificate. Insurance professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

- Demonstrated extra-ordinary domain knowledge in their chosen areas of expertise and should have won new business consistently

- Worked with existing clients, Account teams, Broking or Practice groups to develop a global perspective in the placement, development and account management in the selected specialty line across geographies.
