Head - Legal - Wealth/Finance Domain - LLB

Looking for Legal head role from Wealth, finance domain

1. Develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect company's matters.

2. Maintaining and building relation with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large.

3. Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities.

4. Advising the stakeholders and senior management on legal matters arising out of business activities.

5. Lead and manage a team of legal officers and corporate counsels.

6. Analyze and identify the legal risks and implications of all the business transactions.

7. Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks at organisation level.

- MML preferred or minimum should be LLB.

- Strong knowledge of corporate laws.

- Good relationship and network in civil and criminal court.

- Preferred from midsize law firms

- Strong in communication and network building

- Strong with team management
