Job Role and Responsibilities:

- As the Company Secretary, you will be the primary custodian of corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial functions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitating effective communication between the board, management, and shareholders.

- Corporate Governance and Compliance Oversee all aspects of corporate governance and compliance with regulatory obligations. Ensure the company's adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to financial regulations and securities laws.

- Board Support Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Coordinate board meetings and provide necessary documentation and support to board members

- Legal and Regulatory Compliance Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the financial industry. Advise senior management on legal and compliance matters. Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures. Develop and maintain legal documents depository.

- Shareholder Relations Organizing and managing annual general meetings and other shareholder-related events.

- Company Records and Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records, including registers of members, directors, and other statutory records. Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of corporate documents.

- Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and compliance risks Collaborate with other departments to develop risk management strategies.

- Advisory Role Provide expert advice to the executive team on legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters. Assist in strategic decision-making and corporate restructuring, as necessary.

- Extensive experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and company secretarial functions

- Expertise in liaison work with various exchanges (NSE/SEBI)
