It is for a recently listed &amp; established pharma manufacturing organization . Role covers following - Ensuring Statutory compliance, drug control matters related to obtaining of Licences/renewals, various certificates, attending of Board meeting, - Liaison with Share Registry/interacting with ROC (filing of various returns, charges etc.,), - Manage the company's legal affairs in the areas of company law, litigation and related statutes - Liaison with Advocates for filing of cases civil and criminal, drafting of various commercial agreements. - Handling/ coordinating with advocates in preparing applications, notices, replies, etc. in respect of various legal matters of the company including cases filed by/ against the company - Appear for proceedings pending in various courts, tribunals, forums, etc. and keep a track of cases &amp; update status from time to time - Arrange for board and general meetings and the preparation of the minutes thereof - Drug Control -Obtaining manufacturing licences, product approvals etc - Trade mark search applications, registration of marks, renewals, liaison with Advocates for filing of infringement suits. - Compliance under Prevention Food Adulteration Act-Product approvals, ensuring compliance, renewals and liaison. - LLB, plus A.C.S. and 7+ years experience overall and direct experience in SEBI Regulations and the listing agreement are must. - Corporate Governance requirements and certifications - Exposure to Civil and Criminal law to the extent required to protect the company's interest in litigation ; commercially important laws such as the Negotiable Instruments act, FEMA, Drugs &amp; Cosmetic Act, Laws relating to Indirect taxation. - Knowledge of Rules and Regulations relating to Trade marks Act/Rules etc desired.
