Head - Legal & Risk - BPO/ITeS

Corporate Law & Secretarial Compliances:

- Compliances with Corporate Law governing each Entity in each Jurisdiction globally and ensuring up-to-date permits, licenses etc.

- Evaluate changes in legal structures, covenants basis Investor requirements or statutory changes and keep all compliances updated at all times.

- Reviewing and ensuring local level compliances for Central Bank, Statutory Authorities and ohter Leview

- Board Procedures as laid down in SPA/SHA

Contractual Risk and Litigation: (Country Specific)

- Develop and implement strong contract templates for standard services and review/draft agreements for specific, long term or other customers basis Board policies.

- Employee, Vendor and Customer Contractual Risk Management

- Reviewing and approving risks basis Board policy

- Managing litigation, adjudication in the Court of Law as per respective Jurisdiction

Intellectual Property:

- Assessing and managing Intellectual Property Rights - whether designs, codes, programs, patents or any other form of right that is capable of being protected

- Manage any oppositions or objections to IP applications in jurisdictions

Governance and Regulators:

- Build and manage relationships with external regulators, customer's counsels, clients.

- Keep abreast of legislative changes and help leadership assess impact, mitigation

- Due diligence for fund-raising initiatives, risk management policies and own strong corporate governance
