You will take on a lead role in reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and any contractual issues.
You will be well versed with local regulatory guidelines and ensure your team is aware of any changes/updates in the laws ensuring the company is acting in compliance with the regulations.
Finally you will train and develop your junior lawyers, and strive to build a stronger and bigger legal team.
Experience Required
- 10-15 years of overall experience
- Experience in Retail industry is a must
