Head - Legal & Regulatory - Telecom

Position Title: Head - Legal & Regulatory (GM/VP level)

KRA's

1. Drive Regulatory policy change. Maintain strong relationship with RBI.

2. Strong business partner to work with exec members in driving quality business

3. Build compliance culture within the organization and monitor compliance for regulatory guidelines and internal policies and procedures

4. Drive corporate governance. Bring up issues at Opco and board meetings

5. Facilitate in product structuring and contract management.

6. Advice business on applicable guidelines and advice on business proposals.

7. Lead the internal audits/ statutory audits and regulatory inspections.

8. Assist with contract creation for any new strategic partner addition in the organization

Working Experience:

1. Overall 15 years of experience of which at least 8 years in the area of Governance and Compliance

2. Significant exposure in dealing with RBI or other regulatory body with the ability to independently drive compliance function

Educational Level:

1. Graduate / Post Graduate (Must be Law graduate and ACS)

Industry preference: Banking Industry.
