Reports to : Group Finance Head in India and Functionally reports to VP Legal AMERA region

Desired Experienced : 15 years of Post qualification experience

Desired Industry : Leading Manufacturing companies (MNC's only) or reputed Law firms

Desired Academic : Qualified Lawyer from reputed University, Graduate in Law or Post Graduate degree in Law

About the role :

- This is a Group Legal Head role for India also includes Nepal, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka, the key objective of this role is to provide legal advice and support to business team, Joint ventures, includes Mergers and acquisitions, also supervise and monitor regulatory compliance for all entities.

- Ideally, previous experience as a legal head and in managing legal teams, solid practice experience in contract, commercial, corporate, compliance, and antitrust, good drafting skills - Capacity to draft sophisticated contracts
