Head - Legal - Real Estate

Our client is a leading player in the construction, real estate, hospitality and infrastructure domain. With over 3 decades of experience, their projects span across Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Ongole, Rajahmundry and Bangalore.

Keeping in view the growing needs, we are on the look out for a Legal Head to spearhead the in-house legal team of the Group of companies and will build his own team of 2-3 staff to support him.

We expect you to handle matters relating to :

Litigation

Contracts

Due diligence relating to titles/property

Documentation

Drafting

The company has cases that will need to be dealt with, related to disputes with various stakeholders like NCLT, acquisition of land, contracts for services, arbitration, tenant lease agreements, RERA approvals

We are looking for YOU if

- You have an ability to identify and remedy complex legal issues without inviting the services of external legal advice.

- Also have an ability to draft and manage regulatory documentation. within a fast-paced business environment.

- Experience required- 15-20yrs exp in the industry, preferably in the Real Estate business
