Head - Legal - Power/Energy Sector

KRA -

- Experience in Infrastructure & Energy, M&A, Joint Venture, Project finance, Corporate Commercial related transactions.

- To provide advise in the development and acquisition of energy assets from conception to development to operations

- Drafting commercial contracts (PPA /O&M/ EPC, Fuel Procurement, Shipping and Mine Development Agreement),

- Handling commercial corporate issues in relation to joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share purchase for asset acquisitions and disposals, land and corporate due diligence.

- Litigation Management

- Risk Mitigation, M&A, Regulatory Compliance

Requirements -

- 14-18 years of experience in any leading power/ energy company

- Experience of handling transactions , litigation independently

- Team handling skills
