- Handling litigation matters under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and Arbitration matters of NBFC- Major part of the job role

- Documentation for private equity, acquisition and sell off of investments

- Setting up of overseas wholly-owned subsidiaries, overseas remittances, and ensuring compliances under FEMA and handling matters and documentation related to Foreign Direct Investments

- Framing and implementing ESOP schemes, Drafting, vetting, negotiating various types of contracts including, service agreements, share purchase agreements, borrowing & lending documents, commercial leases, MOU, etc.

- Liasioning with regulatory agencies viz. SEBI, RBI, NHB, ROC, CLB and Stock Exchanges
