- Responsible for the entire legal function

- Understanding of SERFAESI Process and DRT Proceedings

- Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of Agreements, Law Firm management, Corporate Legal, Treasury/fund raising, Venture Capital, Legal Advisory, Recovery, Mortgage/Title search, Civil, Criminal, Consumer Litigation, Police Liaising, Recovery.

- Excellent understanding of RBI regulatory framework for NBFCs, regulations applicable on listed companies and it subsidiaries (RBI/SEBI/Exchange etc.)

- Discussions with the legal retainers and evaluation of retainers and appointment and Empanelment of advocates

- Sanctioning of legal expense and professional fees of lawyers
