- Strong in Managing all civil, commercial, criminal & labour related cases affecting business & its operations.

- Compliance with all the statutory requirements

- Review progress of outstanding litigation, liaise

- Drafting skills, draft & modify contracts & agreements

- Risk management advise to management

- Reviews & advise management on legal implication of internal policies & procedures
