The incumbent will be responsible for : a) Leading the Strategic Legal function b) Apt at handling cases related to CBI / ED c) Good familiarity with Motor Transport Workers Act d) Experience of handling Blue collar workers issues The Person (Candidate Details): Experience i) Age : 45 - 50 yrs ii) Male / Female iii) LLB / LLM iv) Last 5 years as Head of Legal in an operation of more than INR.500+ cr. organization v) Experience of working in Service related organizations, handling 5000+ Blue collar workers. vi) Excellent Communication and People Skills vii) Maturity, street smartness, viii) Well networked ix) Solution centric approach Work Experience: From 15 yrs TO 20 yrs Job Location - Mumbai
