- Candidate preferable from top Law firm or Any good manufacturing Industry.

- Kindly note candidate should be stable with the Current Organization.

Reports to : Director

Job Profile :

- Responsible for handling all Legal Matter, Dealing with corporate law (Including SEBI Etc).

- Business/Commercial Law (DGFT,FEMA, IPR, Banking, Employee Benefits, Etc )

- Responsible for handling revenue matters (Both Direct & Indirect taxation)

- Responsible for Criminal Law matter and court matter at all forum.
