Head - Legal - Manufacturing

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on various legal matters, including corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, and employment law.

The Legal Counsel also works with the company's management team to develop and implement legal strategies and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for leading and managing the company's intellectual property (IP) and trademark portfolio. This includes developing and implementing IP strategies, managing IP registrations and enforcement, and advising senior management on IP issues.

2. Provide legal advice and support to the company on various legal matters, including corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, and employment law.

3. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

4. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and reports on legal issues.

5. Represent the company in negotiations and disputes.

6. Advise the company's management team on legal risks and opportunities.

7. Keep up to date with the latest changes in the law.

8. Strong corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, and employment law knowledge.

9. Excellent research writing and communication skills.
