Client Details

German consumer goods & manufacturing company

Description

- Manage all legal affairs & corporate matters

- End-to-end management of all agreements and contracts

- Manage, liaise litigations

- Handle anti-trust, anti-bribery compliances: enforcement, implementation & trainings

- Ensure compliance with laws, and deal with authorities in India in relation to the company's business operations

Profile

- 12+ years of experience in corporate law

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Result-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work in a team

- Bachelors degree is a must; masters in law or MBA or Chartered Secretary is an added advantage
