The role will help management decide on - Which issue needs which kind of legal attention e.g. which issue needs to be clarified by Legal team like Khaitan &amp; Co, which needs lawyers at the local level.Providing professional and strategic advice to Director of E &amp; W B and the vertical heads and senior management - Maintain standard templates of agreements and evaluate minor changes. - Evaluate risk and help on compliances at company level - The business is a highly competitive business and requires faster turnaround of solutions.&nbsp; - The job requires multitasking through various business and support functions at the same time ensuring compliance to regulatory, legal and contractual requirements and complexities - Coordinate with legal team managing bad debts - Overall reporting and monitoring of all legal issues - Develop and Implement innovative legal solutions to business on transactions and issues and assist the business in resolving complex transactional issues.&nbsp; - Ensure that the adequate and timely assistance is rendered to close transactions faster with appropriate problem solving and resolving of conflict or deadlock situations.
