Head - Legal - LLB/LLM - Bank

- The candidate will be responsible to provide Corporate legal support to the Bank by ensuring legality of commercial transactions, advising the Bank on their legal rights and duties, overseeing operations and compliance in line with RBI/Statutory requirements and streamlining and monitoring of systems and processes.

- He/she should possess sound banking knowledge and must be conversant in contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, intellectual property rights, licensing, mergers / acquisitions and Co-operative laws.

- The ideal candidate should be a thorough legal professional around 45-50 years of age possessing qualification of L.L.B. / L.L.M. with minimum 10 years of post qualification experience preferably in a Bank, of which he/she should have served a minimum of 5 years in the Senior Management position.
